For reports, malfunctions and repair or maintenance requests that are less urgent, please use the maintenance form on the page. Requested details: company name (optional), name, email address, phone number (optional), address of the property and a description of the report.

## Urgent reports

For urgent reports from tenants we can be reached by phone. By urgent we mean repairs that cannot wait until the next day or until after the weekend. For urgent matters contact Raphael Gonçalves directly at +31 6 38 39 65 52 or email melding@rademakermail.nl.

With its own maintenance service, Rademaker Vastgoed is almost always ready to help tenants right away.

## How your report is handled

1. You report your maintenance request via the form on the page, or you email melding@rademakermail.nl.
2. Your report is delivered by email to our own maintenance service.
3. We will contact you as soon as possible about the follow-up; for urgent repairs call Raphael Gonçalves directly at +31 6 38 39 65 52.
