We focus primarily on our own property portfolio and have a clear vision of property management.

## Mission

Our starting point is that every tenant should feel at home in a technically sound commercial building where they can carry out their activities to the full. We combine the charm of historic buildings with the demands and comfort of the modern world — the best of both worlds.

## History

Fred Rademaker (1945–2019) laid the foundation for today's Rademaker group in 1978 when he founded Rademaker Makelaars from his office on the Nassaulaan in The Hague. Under his leadership the firm grew into a successful business, ultimately with a particular focus on acquiring and managing monumental real estate. In 1996 his son, Reinier Rademaker, joined the firm, and in 2016 he took over the business completely. From the office at Lange Voorhout 18 in The Hague, Reinier has continued to grow the company.
