This statement explains which data is provided to Rademaker Vastgoed V.O.F. (hereinafter: Rademaker Vastgoed) and what Rademaker Vastgoed does with that data.
We take your privacy seriously
Rademaker Vastgoed takes your privacy very seriously and regards the rules on data protection as basic standards of decency. Rademaker Vastgoed processes your data carefully and in accordance with the law. We pay close attention to adequate security, so that your data is protected against unauthorised use, unauthorised access, alteration and unlawful destruction. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

The maintenance form on this website
When you complete the maintenance form, we process your name, email address, the address of the property, your description of the report and, if provided, your company name and phone number. We use this data solely to handle your report and to contact you. Your submission is delivered by email and also stored in a secured log file on our own server, as a safety net in case of technical failures. Submissions are kept no longer than necessary to handle your report.
Accessing, amending or deleting your data
Would you like to know which data we hold about you, or have data amended or deleted? Please send your request to Rademaker Vastgoed by letter or email, using the contact details above.
How can you submit a complaint?
If you have questions or a complaint about how Rademaker Vastgoed uses your data, please contact Rademaker Vastgoed first. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
How long does Rademaker Vastgoed keep your data?
Rademaker Vastgoed keeps your data no longer than necessary. Some data is, however, kept for a longer period: certain records of our services are kept for 20 years, because Rademaker Vastgoed can be held liable for professional errors during that period. Evidence that Rademaker Vastgoed has carried out the mandatory check under the Dutch Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorist Financing Act (Wwft) is kept for 5 years. The full statement below sets out, for each situation — from sale and letting to viewings and valuations — which data may be processed, to whom it may be disclosed and which retention period applies.
