For your mail program
E-mail signature
Under each name above, the signature is shown as a fixed-layout table, as mail programs expect: portrait, name and company next to the brand bar, below that one item per line (T, M, E, W) and the address, closed off by a hairline and the wordmark on navy.
- There are two variants: light (on the white background of an e-mail) and dark (a navy panel, the background colour of this website). Choose what looks best in your mail program; mail apps with a dark theme sometimes adjust colours themselves.
- Copy signature puts the signature on the clipboard; paste it into the signature settings of Outlook or Apple Mail. Portrait and logo are embedded in the signature itself, with no external references.
- Gmail and some webmail services drop embedded images. Use the version with linked images there: it loads the portrait and logo from this website.
- The website's typefaces are not installed on every computer; the signature then falls back to Georgia and Arial.
For the printer
Print-ready file
- Page 91 × 61 mm: the finished size 85 × 55 mm (landscape) plus 3 mm bleed on all sides, without crop marks. This is the format online printers ask for; TrimBox and BleedBox are set in the file.
- Colour CMYK; text and wordmark are vector, the typefaces (PT Serif, Roboto) are embedded; the portrait is lossless at more than 550 ppi.
- Two pages per card: page 1 is the front, page 2 the back. Both sides are full-bleed navy; the keyline sits 4.5 mm inside the trim edge, well outside the cutting tolerance.
- For a print shop that wants crop marks, every file also comes in a version with crop marks and a 5 mm white margin (page 101 × 71 mm).
- All cards are also combined in one PDF, in the same order as above.
